Robert Koletzky
Robert Koletzky
Owner, Retired

Bob has pretty much seen and done it all in the farm equipment business. His business career spans 5 decades with expertise along the way in every facet of the business at one time or another. From the early 1960's through the booming 1970's he prospered and grew the business he bought at age 23. He 'survived' the farm crisis of the 80's and prospered again in the 90's. When Jae, his son, joined the business in the early 90's it eventually helped him 'slide' out of the business full-time and start his second career. He purchased the family farm near Tabor, SD from his father Gordon, added a few more acres, and continues to farm today. Bob enjoys fishing, hunting, playing cards and is active in the local Elks lodge. Oh, and did we mention FISHING! Bob and his wife of 45 years, Carole, have two children, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Jae A. Koletzky
Jae A. Koletzky
Owner, Sales

At an early age, especially during the Summer months and on Saturdays, Jae could be found at the dealership at the old downtown location near the bridge, 'helping' his dad and other employees. In the beginning, the tasks were simple; mowing, cleaning, riding along on deliveries, etc. Several of the business' current employees helped monitor and train Jae back in those days. A few years passed and Jae started to help set-up new machinery and began making deliveries of machinery as a teenager. In 1986, after High School, Jae joined the Army and served two years in Korea. Returning in 1988, he attended college at USD in Vermillion, SD and graduated with a degree in business and finance. From 1989 to 1992 Jae worked in the parts dept. In 1992, Jae began selling full-time for Koletzky Implement and when Bob had health problems in 1996 the day-to-day decisions began to fall to Jae. From 2000-2002 Jae was elected to serve on New Holland's North American Dealer Council. In 2005, Jae expanded the facility to its current size, added employees, and purchased the existing building and land from his parents, Bob & Carole. Jae and his wife, Tina, have 3 children: Chloe, Carson, Camryn. Jae enjoys hunting, golfing, all water sports, playing with his kids and attending their activities.
